Kale, ready to be made into, ahem, "blanched kale and garlic roasted potatoes." Hmm.

Freshly-washed (I'm washing them this year! It helps!) collards, lettuce, garlic scapes, and what I thought was bok choy but is totally rainbow chard. Win! Chard! I know what to do with chard!

These are the only thing I'm not worried about figuring out how to use.
